The Louisiana Economy Water Network (LAWEN) is rooted in efforts begun more than seven years ago in New Orleans with the Horizon Initiative Water Committee. LAWEN works to take this model statewide. We seek to build a Louisiana Water Economy rooted in systems oriented actions that work more harmoniously with natural resources and regional strengths. NOLAVibe is initiating and supporting the launch of this initiative.
